Hi all,
I recently (2days ago) changed from simplicity to go go go and have been deducted my money, now i did just make a succesfull phonecall despite the automated woman telling me i had no credit and ive been on the internet but i am unable to text.....it always comes up with incorrect network settings. I texted active to 2020 and reinstalled the settings but nothing! ive turned it on and off and left it alone but i hate the fact ive paid for a facility that i cannot use....expecially as i have never had network issues before.
any help would be greatly appreciated
