I have had no signal in the falkirk area for 3 days now ,all i get is "There is a mast down in your area ,please check back later" WELL ITS BEEN 3 DAYS ,HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FIX THESE THINGS GRRRRRRR.:manfrustrated:

Anytime between an hour and a month at a guess.....

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Good afternoon and Welcome to the forum.

Have you considered using an interim alternative such as Tugo for pay monthly customers that runs off home broadband wifi or WhatsApp or Viber. ?

Or if your a business customer a boost box.
