See help here for troubleshooting and how to cancel etc.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Your signal strength should not have changed as you have been on o2 for at least 6months, it is just now that you have been migrated over to o2's billing platform from Virgins.

I would start by getting a new sim card from o2 you can do this by calling 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.
Or the quickest and easiest way is to pop into an o2 store with Photo ID, and they can sort out a new sim card.

No coverage doesnt mean you can cancel either, and you would have to pay any termination fees to o2 for the remainder of your minimum term
