All you can do is wait for it to be fixed and then call customer service and they should give you a goodwill discount on your bill.
If you are able to, you could try to use the app, O2 Ask which will allow calls over your WiFi if you have the right kind of account.

@dot71You could also download the My Network app and report it via this route. Theory is, the more people who report and complain, helps to expedite a fix. https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
However, there can be many reasons why fixing a mast takes so long. Getting access to the land is a long process and the usual reason.
