Check if there are any network issues at your post code.

Have you tried cleaning the sim and rebootin the phone or is there more than the one phone having issues?

Have a look at the community help thread here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-can-I-sort-out-my-network-issues/ba-p/10140... if you find it due to a network fault that hasn't been reported, you can do so through the MyNetwork app.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
