No signal

Not applicable

Hi I've been with o2 for years. Started a new contract in Feb when I upgraded my phone. Phone has always worked fine, no problems with it. I've started a new job which involves me travelling alone around Cornwall and now I never have a signal. The parts of Cornwall that I'm working in don't have a good network coverage. So I'm paying for a phone I can't use most of the time. I've on a device plan and an airtime plan. I want to keep my device plan, but can I cancel the airtime plan on the grounds that I have no network now. Or would I have to keep paying that.

Unfortunatly after the 14 day period to test you will have to pay . You can only pay off the device plan (that will allow you to terminate the airtime plan)

But please check your specific t&c at the bottom of the page .

iPhone 11 Pro 256gb on unlimited data
iPad Pro 12.9” 2020 256gb refresh o2 family discount

If you pay off what you owe on the phone you can cancel the airtime for free and allow you to take a sim only tariff from another network with a signal.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
