Hi guys. I renewed and changed my tariff with o2 the other day and since haven’t been able to make outgoing phone calls or send text messages. After checking the coverage in my area (TD9) it says there’s a mast down, but all should be working. Could this be a change over of tariff instead?

@WillT1 Changing tariff should have nothing to do with your service. If there's a mast down in your area, why would you think that all would be working? Have you tried rebooting your phone? Sometimes that's all that's needed.

Your tariff should change seamlessly on your current sim card unless you requested a new sim?
