Hi, I received a message last week saying o2 were carrying out an upgrade.
Since then I've struggled to get a signal wherever I go and when I do get a signal the call drops.
I have rebooted my phone but have not had a signal at home in over a week

it says the message below (which refers to just data and my issue is with voice calls as well):
Our Network can get busy in this area.
This means your data could be slower than normal. We’re sorry about that. Our team is aware and working to make it better. Our top tips for staying connected would be to find local Wifi hotspots and download whatever content you need whilst connected to Wifi, so you can still enjoy it on the move.

Use WiFi Calling when at home and try dropping to 3G when out. It's far less congested.
