No signal for 10 weeks no texts no calls possible. Complaints to O2 say a mast issue being tied in 5 day’s then by 26th March then by 24th April. I need the access for t cat code security and to speak Today I could not be contacted by hopspital where my husband is an I patient as neith he nor I have any O 2 service. O2 happy to take the DD but do nothing. Hopeless trying to phone as it has to be on a mail line coasting money and they just cut off What do I do now. ?
