I have had no signal in my home for two weeks at this time. O2 keep saying they will provide an update in a week. Today an update was due and the only thing that has changed is the date of when the update will be provided. I've been with o2 since it was BT but this is making me consider another network when my contract is up. I am unable to contact customer services as it's only a phone number with no email. Is there any way to get compensation as I'm paying over £70 a month for a service I can't even use in my home. Thanks

Are you not using WiFi Calling at home?

https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling

You are not guaranteed coverage at a single location 100% of the time.

There are lots of reasons repairs can take a long time. Gaining access to the site, the present shortage of parts etc.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
