I've visited the coverage checker page and it says a mast is down.  This has been down for the past 3 days to my knowledge.  I am unable to call anyone!  I cannot get through to an actual person to get more information AND I am paying for now having any signal.  O2 you are not giving your customers very good service.  I think it might be time to look elsewhere!!

No network guarantees 100% coverage.

It's in the T&C's you agreed to.

They will, however, repair the mast as soon as is possible and once fixed, you can ask customer service for a goodwill gesture to cover the time without signal.

Calling now won't help you as they will never give timescales for repairs.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks for your reply. My point is, no coverage for 2 weeks with no guarantee when the mast will be fixed. I just wanted to speak to someone at O2. I gave up trying due to the automated telephone system. Very poor customer service. The number is an emergency contact so I hope nothing happens whilst the made is being fixed!!
