No signal at all since last Thursday

We are on holiday in West Yorkshire at the moment and since last Thursday evening have no signal on our mobiles at all.

I am with 02 but my wife is with Tesco, little did we know until now that they are also 02 network. This is ruining our holiday as we should be exploring the Yorkshire Dales but without any contact with anyone, and health problems we both have this is out of the question.

When you are paying £17.50 per night for campsite it is no joke!

There must be lots of others out there effected by this but for two days 02 denied there was a problem!!

There is obviously a problem at the moment but hopefully they will get it fixed asap as it's in everyone's interests. Unfortunately they won't give time schedules as it's in the hands of the site engineers. Other factors to consider are site access, parts needed etc.

West Yorkshire is a big area so putting the exact place name or post code in the service status checker will give you a more accurate idea.
