Why are you charging me when I cannot use my phone around the BT45 area where I live. I am missing some very important phone calls.

Nothing reported for the general BT45 postcode although it does look like 2g is dominant.

Try locking the phone to 2g only when at home.

@Anonymous Have you tried your sim in another o2 phone to rule out the possibility of a faulty SIM card
