Hi everyone 👋🏼
my old phone has been stolen and I ordered a new one including the sim.
The new sim keeps saying there is no service. I don’t have access to my old sim to sim swap. What should I do?

thanks in advance

ou need to contact customer service and ask them to removethe lost/stolen bar on your account

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
