Hi, from this morning I have no service/ network. Restart my phone many time and inserted my sim in another phone but not signal. Anyone else facing the same issue

@An25 Your sim may have failed. You can contact O2 via social media to get sent a new one:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Alternatively, call into an O2 store if you have one nearby. Make sure you bring identification with you.
