I’ve come back from a holiday in the US and since I’ve had a block on my phone I’ve paid the extra charges so I’m in credit, but everytime I speak to someone they remove the bar and after 5 mins it’s back on again I’ve rang every day for 6 days and no one seems to know what to do? Anyone help me it’s been 6 days of pure frustration

You need to speak to payment management and not Customer Services on 0800 902 0217, and they can raise to the tech team at o2

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

Thank you ive spoke to them every day 1st guy I got said if didn’t work when h unblocked to ring back and ask them to speak to tech team but they just keep trying to unblock it 😩
