I’ve come back from a holiday in the US and since I’ve had a block on my phone I’ve paid the extra charges so I’m in credit, but everytime I speak to someone they remove the bar and after 5 mins it’s back on again I’ve rang every day for 6 days and no one seems to know what to do? Anyone help me it’s been 6 days of pure frustration
You need to speak to payment management and not Customer Services on 0800 902 0217, and they can raise to the tech team at o2
