I assume your bills are paid up to date.

Try these steps in this help thread.

And check your service status.

Edit :If all seems ok with the checks then ring O2 Customer Services on 202 from a working o2 powered phone or From a landline 0844 809 0202 5p / min to have your account checked.

You need to follow the advice given above to determine where the problem lies.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

If O2 have sent you a new sim it's likely that you need to swap your number onto it: http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Having swapped your sim if that didn't help then a call to customer service is in order. 202 from a contract phone or 4445 from a payg (25p).

Have you checked the status checker?

Just to point out that some Payg Contracts now have calls to 4445 as free.

I believe the OP is on a Monthly Contract as from their first post wording....

"Paid monthly but mobile showing no service. What do I need to do?"
