I haven’t had phone service since April because a phone mast has been broken in my area of Belfast but I’m still being charged full price and not getting any service. When will this be fixed ?

No one one the community will know the answer to that, and it could be down to a number of reasons.

o2 dont offer a fault free service, as per your t&c's but it you reach out to customer services and keep checking https://status.o2.co.uk

You can call customer servcies from any other phone on 0344 809 0202 or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

@Pearse As you've been without service for a considerable length of time it would be worth your while to speak to customer service. There's no guarantee, but they may offer you a goodwill gesture.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

In addition to @Bambino's excellent advice, if you download the O2 My Network app from your phone's app store, you can set it to monitor your favourite locations and automatically report issues to O2.

Worth a shot 👍
