Hopefully as they are aware of the problem, it will be fixed asap

Still no service and I will not be paying my bill as long for it being down - and I will not be paying for the days it’s been down either

I’m not paying for a service I am not receiving that’s against uk consumer rights law I will not be paying for any days it’s been down
