I had my phone stolen and had it blocked etc etc.
O2 sent me a new sim and it has no service. I called a couple of days ago which rtook over an hour to get through and was told they had sorted it, the sim will be working within 24 hours. 2 days later still no service.

There are 2 bars that need lifting.

1 - sim

2 - account.

You need to ask customer service to remove both.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You need to call them again. The bar hasn't been removed it would seem. It's the account that is barred.
