We've had no signal now for at least three days, a bit of wind and rain and kaput. Why O2 cannot inform customers by email I don't know.

I pay for a service, so provide one please.

They know where they have lost signal so how long????????????

@Megatron This is a customer community. This is not O2. You can check your signal status here: https://status.o2.co.uk/ You can download the My Network app and report an outage here: https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Inform you of what? They won’t know if a mast has gone down unless you report it & then they won’t give out a timescale for repair

They have my email address, nowt from them, on their website I got for four days "there is a problem with a mast in my area and they are working to fix the problem, no time scale.

What good is an 'app' if you have no signal. Bit like a car with no petrol.
