Track any updates here http://status.o2.co.uk/ but 3 days is not enough time generally.
Repairs can take up to 2 weeks.
Once fixed, ask O2 for a goodwill gesture for the downtime you suffered.

Hi @Anonymous O2 wont give timescales on fixing masts. It can depend on many things. If you wish to complain then follow this route https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

Download the My Network app and you can report faults via that route https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

Try following the advice at the below link:
http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Self-help-guide-Is-the-network-down-for-me-or-ev...
Mast issues can take a while to resolve - problems with access, duplicating and resolving faults, etc can be tricky and not always quick to fix.
Do you have no connection at all or just in certain areas? Have you got a bill due or outstanding?

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
