Since 23rd December I have ongoing issues with my mobile. It started switching its self off and then wouldn’t connect to o2 network or 3G or 4g of I turned it on and off with aeroplane mode also selected it would work for 30 mins. That soon stopped so I requested a new sim after doing ever update and reset to phone. Still it does not work. I’ve been waiting for o2 to do a disconnect reconnect on my number since mid jan and still hasn’t been done. Wifi calls are only way I can get calls I’ve changed sim into another device and still doesn’t work. Any help much appreciated

What type of phone is it?

Also is there any chance you can try another non O2 sim in your phone to rule out whether it's the Phone or an O2 sim issue?
