keep getting notifications when at home saying 'no service selected network not available' even tho phone's working fine and connected? switched phone on and off, taken SIM out etc. any advice please? husband and son both on O2 and no similar problems for them.

Try your sim in one of the other phones. If it works, it's a fault with your phone or account. If it doesn't work, it suggests a sim fault. You can get a new one instore or by calling O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Check here for any local issues which can only effect certain number ranges sometimes O2 Service Status

many thanks but absolutely no problem with any local issues at all. the notifications have been ongoing for about 3 weeks, even tho my phone's been working?
