No service can’t contact o2

Hi, I had an overdue bill on my account so services have been barred, due to being self employed and not working with the whole virus thing going on I haven’t made the payment, yesterday my Phone was disconnected completely in the top corner of my phone it now says no service, I have tried to contact o2 but can’t ring them as no service I can not chat online etc as every time I log in it asks for my number to text me a code which I can’t do due to no service how on earth does o2 expect me to get in contact with them ?? Can anybody help

You can try Skype if you have it. If not it's easy to download and you can call the free number

Or ya can ring em on the lost and stolen number and once your through your through there not gonna cut you off I litually just done it to talk about me bill
