No service after tariff upgrade

Been without service for 5 days now.

O2 seem absolutely clueless when I call them.
I’ve tried everything. Putting my sim in a different phone, driving to an area which isn’t doing mast maintenance, restarting my phone, etc...

They seem to think it’s the Sim but it was working fine for a short while after the upgrade. They’ve sent me a new sim, done a swap, and yet still no service...

I am at wits end as I use my phone for work and it’s making my life near impossible. Any help would be appreciated!

Do you mind telling me how they fixed it? If you remember! Having exact same problem after upgrading this morning and o2 haven’t been able to sort so far

Hello

 

I changed from a contract to sim only and encountering the same issues.  No network coverage when people try to phone me they get a message saying my number is not recognised please help.

I'm having the exact same issue too. Swapped to a higher data tariff 48 hours ago and 0 service since 😞
