Having issues connecting Apple Watch to mobile service. Have read in other posts on here that swapping your sim fixes the issue. I went through the sim swap link on o2 & entered the esim serial number & got a text to say swap is in progress. Have turned phone on & off multiple times whole day & still no service. Could someone from o2 be able to check if something is stuck? Thanks

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202
