Hi any ideas what I can do. Os ported my number to my esim. It shows as ported and I have had service for 2 days. Coustimer service just fob me with ridiculous promise after going through the same checks I have done a hundred times. Can take hours to get hold of someone. Any suggestions.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.

Hi I phoned the, a number of times and got the reply “we don’t know why it’s not working” perhaps in 3 or 4 or 5 days it might work with a new SIM card 😞
