No service, No 3G, No messages/calls all day.

I haven't been able to use my phone all day.

Every so often it keeps ''searching'' for network, i have had no 3G.

I haven't been able to send or recieve messages but i can recieve calls.

I check that signal area thingy & it said everything was fine, so i don't understand why.

But i haven't been able to use any network...

Has anyone else been experiencing this?

Any idea when this will be sorted...

Keep checking here : http://status.o2.co.uk/

Turning your phone off and on can help reset the service once the all clear has been given.

Im sorry but s a case of turning your phone off and on and checking the service status.

Im sure o2 will give some form of confirmation when the service fully comes back online.

Hi guys,

I can understand that this is frustrating, but take bandofbrothers advice and keep checking the status checker. Also, check your internet settings are correct to check your 3G again.

I have been having this problem too! Not all day but since around 5pm. No service, can only connect to wifi, cant send/ receive texts or calls. I thought it might be because I rang O2 to transfer to pay & go but that sholdnt mean I lose signal altogether?
