My 02 SIM worked in England but when I came to Spain I constantly receive the message "No registrado en la web" (Not registered on the web). Might changing the setting to 3G only help?

Some things to try:
Check data roaming is on in phone settings.
Manually search for another network
Turn off 5g
Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
Check with O2 whether you have a roaming bar on your account. Do this via social media
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help.

Hello, I also have a problem in Germany, I have not had access to 4G/LTE Internet for two days I tried various ways to reset the APN, restart the phone, I tried to manually connect to the 4G network but the connection attempt was rejected. It looks as if I did not have access to the 4G network, in the phone settings in the SIM connection status, it shows the inscription suspended connection status. I did about 1000 km around Germany in these 2 days and There is a complete lack of connection, even for a second with LTE or 4G. During all these kilometers, the LTE connection was not displayed once. Every now and then I see that it loses coverage and connects back to the edge. It's good that I have a second card with internet because I don't know what I would do. Not only were there problems with a stable connection before, but the lack of internet is really terrible. Previously used Oh and giffgaff, I didn't have such problems with these cards. Can you take a look at what's going on?

Germany has abolished 3G and as a side effect it seems that phones without 4G Calling switched on are being refused access to the 4G /5G network.
Check if 4G Calling (VoLTE) is enabled on your phone.
