Hi Everyone
I've already got 2 lines on my account, and wanted to add another. i did so at the weekend online thinking all was well.
i received the legal docs via email and confirmation of my order. but no more info about phone delivery.
it's only by calling the fraud team today that i've been advised that my additional line was referred to the credit team. i know it's because i'm on the CIFAS register and need to provide extra ID.
Does anyone have the details of the credit referral or amendment team please?

so i emailed the team last tuesday, and have been trying to make contact to no avail. Can i get through to them on the phone??? I really need this sorted asap.
