Have you had no contact at all with them since sending it off? As with all things O2, it's always left to the customer to do the chasing up. Call customer service at 8.30am .

@Flarrell If your insurance is with O2 and a replacement phone was part of your insurance coverage, you need to speak to customer service. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus If you don't have a phone, borrow one and call. Do not rely on Live Chat.
Why have you waited two weeks to enquire where your replacement is?
