I've recently ordered a smart watch to attach to my account but 02 seem to have disarmed my phone as I've no network for calls and texts. DPD tried to deliver my phone but, since I've no network I didn't receive it, I also can't call them.. HELP!!!@

It would seem that you have upgradedinstead of taking out a separate watch data plan
or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
