So i got the new fold Wednesday 12th october 2022 and a sim sent with it so i can keep my number, the sim card wasnt working in the new phone and neither was my old sim, but the new sim worked fine in my old phone. 

I called o2 i told them the issue and they'll sent me out a new sim via 1st class royal mail which was on the 13th October 2022, i still have not received the new sim and to make it worse, they have cut off my network on my old sim i currently use in my old phone the same evening thursday 13th October. I haven't been able to make or recieve phone calls/text no one cannot get in contact with me from my doctors to hospital as im partially disabled. Its absolute ridiculous they have done that, i haven't missed a payment since 2020 i even paid off my previous contract early to upgrade and o2 have left me without a network and still i have not recieved my new sim

Sounds like a shipping bar on the new phone (or it is faulty).

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
