You need to call O2 on 202 again, seems they may have triggered your switchover to the new SIM earlier than planned, @Damon8891 - or you can reach out, as your phone has WiFi data connectivity, to O2 at one of the 3 Social Media channels shown just below this post.  Good luck!

@Damon8891

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Seems O2 systems switch off the old sim as soon as a new sim is ordered

Sadly, as this is a community made up of customers like yourself, we have no access to O2 systems.

Message O2 on
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB
Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
