I have not had an coverage for most of the day and O2 refuses to answer landline!!! They take money why will they not take responsibility!

No signal since 4 p.m.. They have nobody working on chat or at telephone as today is bank Holliday. At least for Pay&Go is like this. Just tomorrow we can contact them by phone or chat.

Chat wont help you. Major network outage today...It is being fixed...slowly but surely...

It won't. It will just overload the lines, longer waiting time, just to be told they are working on it.
