Solved: No network coverage

My mum has no network coverage on her phone. Not able to make calls or send texts. She's in the dy3 area.

Has your mum tried turning phone on and off taken sim out and cleaned it?

But best to get her to contact o2 customer srevices as the fault might not be showing yet
