No network coverage for two days noe

Extremely unhappy haven't been able to for two days now make calls or receive calls or even text or receive texts I am waiting for important calls regarding my health had nothing but problems with your service I can't even phone customer services as network down and can't get on web chat as extremely busy

Have you checked https://status.o2.co.uk to see if there are service issues in your local area? 

o2 don't guarantee a fault free network, nor if there is a fault what the time to fix will be.
