I recently paid my bill which was a day late - I settled it and was told that my internet and outgoing calls would be updated within 10 mins (this was at 6pm last night) - I can ring out,but I still cannot get onto the interner without using home wifi???
Anyone help?? Apparantly all online O2 are very busy and I cannot ring right now as in work so I can only hope that someone here can help me??

You could try the online chat also turn phone off and back on see of that helps if not then best you can do is call o2

Yes reboot is always necessary whenever a restriction is removed. If you still have problems do let us know.
Maybe you should have a rethink about reinstating the direct debit you cancelled?
