Data was included in the package, can anyone shed some light on this . The new package is for 4G and I only get 3g on my phone could this be an issue. Thanks

What phone do you have @Tanner? The set up for mobile data is different for PAYG and Contract phones...

Firstly try....Text the word "active" to 2020. Save the settings that are text back and then reboot the phone.

Then these are the settings for an Android phone

And these are the settings for an iPhone

Turn mobile data on, if an android phone you will need a standard data bolt on. If an iPhone, you need to have idata enabled
