No mobile data

Hi, i recently got my replacement phone and sim card having my previous phone stolen and for some reason the mobile data does not work. The texts and calls work fine but there is no mobile data working at all. I have done the usual things like switching on and off again and a hard restart and also by trying to manually set up mobile data using the guide on the my o2 app.

The phone is an iphone 12 Pro and is brand new so it should be working fine.

Any help on how to remedy this would be great.

Also you probably need the iData bolt on.

You'll need to call O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Ask customer service to remove the bars on your account which are placed when a phone and SIM is reported stolen.
