No mobile data since upgrade

I have upgraded my contract to get a Galaxy Tab.
Since the upgrade I am unable to use mobile data or receive calls. Text works fine.
I have reset phone multiple times, reset APN profiles. Nothing seems to help.
Cannot use the O2 help chat as it just tells me they're too busy. Also cannot call O2 as I am unable to even call 202.
Any help would be appreciated!

You cant receive calls using a Data only plan, which is what the tablet will be on.
Did you upgrade from a phone to a tablet on the same number? As if you did, you will need to either upgrade again to a phone plan, (you will have to pay off the tablet in full) or take out a second contract, you cant move the number either.

Yeah, I gathered that I had been put back on data plan (done this once before). The mobile data is not working though, which is the main issue. I can deal with data and text only.
