I’ve started a new pay monthly phone been 4/5 days still yet to receive an email to say it’s been dispatched, what is going on?

It is probably out of stock, due to the current constraints on getting stock into anyone in the UK. Also it could still be going through o2's checks.
Best thing to do is call customer services on 0344 809 0202 and they should be able to give you an update.
