Evening folks, So the last three days, my data at home (BN1) has been non existent! I've looked on the checker, everything's supposedly fine. I've had Internet settings resent, and installed them. Checked manually the settings, rebooted, nothing... Live chat (I know, they're crap) say there's no known issues! I've tried elsewhere and the connection is fine a few miles away. I'll call cs tomorrow, but in the mean time could anyone shed any light? Thanks in advance, Charlie.

Sounds like a fault that isn't showing yet.
Use the "I disagree" button on the status checker and get as many other people to do the same as you can.

If it works a few miles away that lets your phone off the hook, probably a fault they're not aware of yet.

Morning guys, you'd have thought after 3 days though they'd know? I'm just going to check the coverage checker again see if it's been updated.

Thanks for the replies though.
