No coverage and unable to contact O2

Like alot of people who have posted today, I've had little to no coverage since this morning, it is more than a little inconveinent! 
Also, even more annoyingly, the status tracker for the network appears to be "overloaded", as is the online support..seeing as I can't call O2 off the mobile with no coverage, contacting O2 regarding this issue has been near enough impossible. 
I pay a fortune to have the use of a good, working phone...compensation please!!

Everyone has different opinions of fortunes. I'm sure O2 will offer a discount again.

Rather sad the British culture has adopted this "compensation" disease
