No connection on my Android phone (Moto G5) all day

Above.

Just got back from visiting the place in Woodhouse, Sheffield, contrary to what the coverage checker said when I checked last week, there was NO connection in the area.

And until just now I've had no connection all day.

Do I need to get someone from O2 to check my phone?

I have just been to Woodhouse and Richmond and had no problem with Signal in those 2 areas..  And just spoken to my father who is in Woodhouse currently and on o2 and no problems...

Sounds like you will need to contact o2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2  and check your account also try rebooting the phone..

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Or, @Anonymous - considering your phone may have antenna issues, check if still under warranty and refer to the manufacturer for diagnosis and possible repair.

@madasaf1sh Unfortunately I don't do Facebook et al so I'll have to either go to an O2 shop or call them.

@pgn It's an older phone so it's probably considerably out of warranty by now.

Your best bet if down that end of town is to go to Crystal Peaks, or you will just have to call them...

@madasaf1sh I don't live up there (yet), however, I have a plan to pop to either Meadowhall or Town this week.

Preferably Town due to the lack of High Green bound Buses from Meadowhall Interchange.

Just pick up the phone then in that case, especially as you dont seem to get on with the staff in store, and they will probably just hand you a phone or tell you to call CS

@madasaf1sh The restarting my phone suggestion seems to have worked.
