Can’t make calls or receive calls tried ringing 02 can’t get through. Paying for a contract when I can’t use it it’s doing my heading. Does anyone know what’s going on

Mine is not working too! I have to ring my bank to get some things sorted & Commute to work which I find very worrying when I might not be able to dial for an emergency! Really takes the mick when there isn't even a frame of time for us
