I've had various tariffs with O2 in the last five or so years and now, when I try to check when I'll be eligible for an upgrade, I receive an onscreen message saying 'you don't have any accounts to upgrade'.
Really? How come I can still make calls and text, then?
The O2 site has become increasingly frustrating, in as much as I appear to be missing large sections of the site (I've compared with a friend on the same tariff, and he has many options that I don't have).
I'm basically thinking this means I don't have to pay anymore, right? Because I don't feel like I'm getting the service I should be. If someone can't help me with this soon, I'll just be cancelling the contract (if you actually have any record of it on the system).
Cheers.

Thanks Liquid. Having just spent 10 minutes in a queue and no sign of any answer, I'm now more determined than ever to get out of O2's steely grasp. I can't even check when I'm eligible for an upgrade, let alone view my bill, or access any details that would probably be quite useful.
It's really annoying, as I've always had a pretty smooth ride with O2, but it's slowly becoming a complete pain - I'd have thought that it would be possible to view my account without any issue, but clearly that's beyond O2.
If anyone has any suggestions for any good rival companies, I'm all ears (eyes).

2g voice roaming on Orange but no data unless in 3g area. They do have 42mbps already running!
