Recieved call to change package 10 day's ago but unable to use as it tells me "Not registered on network"So I cannot call anymore.

Have you received a new sim?
If so use it.
If you are using new sim yoou may need to do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
but we need more info regarding where the call came from and if your MyO2 has been updated or not?
