@STV cancelling the bolt on won't help you as it's not the reason for your problem..

International help and prices here http://international.o2.co.uk/internationaltariffs/travelling_abroad

If you are using an iPhone try changing your data APN to:

"mobile.o2.co.uk" or "idata.o2.co.uk" depending on what it is currently.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @STV, did you get a chance to try checking your APN settings as @MI5 suggested? Have you made any progress with this or do you need further advice?
